It only took 4 years, but Rafe's game has been marketed.

Just a reminder, we will be having a game this weekend at the fortress. The following week is the 4th of July weekend and we will not be playing. I have yet to check the scedule to see when the next skip week after that will be.

Thank you.

Oh, I'll be back.. you just watch. And my character will probably be on the crazy side. ::Wink:: I heard a little while ago about your girlfriend, Dave. Branden told me. I'm really sorry. I hope things go all right.

I want to have a quick OOC moment:

I'd like to congratulate Alex(Busy) for his long run as Breath of Shadows(Fostern). I’d also like to thank him for showing bravery in his downtime this previous week. His character did something that he knew had a good chance of character death. We went over it in the ST meeting last night, and confirmed with him he wanted to do what he did. He did die, and in the process, started a very good plot for the rest of the game. For those of you that don’t know, this character was over 2 years old. I can’t say much more without giving things away, but I wanted to thank him for his diligence in playing Fostern.

I look forward to seeing his next character idea, as I’m sure it will be a good one! See you all on Saturday!

(last night)A cold wind bit through the summer evening. A wind that belonged in the depths of the coldest winter. Frost formed on windows and, for a few minutes, snow began to fall. A low howl of a wolf, filled with great sadness penetrated the cold night….

Don Southerland... the actor? Has the actor been embraced and is living underground in of all places Lansing, MI? Either way I'd like to speak with you regarding blue eyes. Assuming you have something better than riddles and prophecy that is. Aside from that congratulations to our new Prince, may his reign be long and fruitful.

Smith    - Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at 22:50:58 (EDT)

Thanks Busy. Tuesday night was... interesting. Four or five of us ended up in our underwear(stupid drinking games after already being drunk). I decided to go to bed before anything else happened.

Dave, I'm sorry to hear about your girlfriend. However, your assumption that I would get some sort of perverse enjoyment out of her and your situation is idiotic, moronic, childish, and an extensive list of synonyms along those lines. Why don't you act like the second oldest person in the game(after Rafe), and grow up? I won't burden you with posting for a while since your bound and determined to bitch and be a bitch in regards to everything with which you don't agree.

Sorry to take up bandwidth with that, but I felt Mr. Smith's incorrect assumption needed a rebuttle. I hope your gf comes through alright in any case.

I don't know what and I can't explain what it is, but something is coming to our city... Either to help stabilize it, or to destroy it. Until we (or I, as the case seems to be) know for sure, be on your toes and keep your eyes skinned.

I had a great time on Saturday. I had mentioned that we (Weaver and Wyrm) wouldn't be there on Saturday, but as this coming weekend seems really important to the game as new characters get started and old characters return, Mike and I have changed our plans. We'll drive back from NY for the LARP on Saturday, so I'll see you all there.

Don - write me with character concepts you like to play. be a person before you become a vampire of a clan.
Skippy - I'm working on secret spooky stuff look out
Mike Solomon - Loved your words. They scared me and it's my plot!
Dave Smith - Same as to Don, get me something so we can start working on it.
Dave Beck - I'm ever so excited to see your downtime.
James - You've got to come back every week, you did a really good job with the Malkavian.
Weaver - I talk to you everyday don't expect me to post something here =)
Brad - Great Job with the Ventrue, you've got the edge on Vanessa.
Jeremy - So what if money can buy you food to live on - LARP is a priority =) Besides I can't wait till you have some drama with the baby mamma!

Mr. Stevens, I am afraid I have never heard of you before, and I mean that with no disrespect. The simple cause is I have been in seclusion in this city for some months and I am horribly in the dark about the changes in our political scenery. I would like to meet with you sometime soon so we can discuss your positions and future goals of the city. As far as the Camarilla ousting our city from their ranks, I’m sure we and the rest of our kind can and will find some manner of rectifying the problem. My support and best wishes to you.

Real quick OOC: Best wishes, David. I hope everything goes well for you.

Kindred of Lansing,
I have declared Praxis over the Lansing metropolitan area with the support of members of 4 of the great clans of the Camarilla. I do understand that the nature of recent events has caused the Camarilla itself to turn a blind eye to our humble town, but this is a situation I plan to rectify post haste. There are two methodologies I have chosen to employ to solve this temporary problem, the first is solidarity, and the second is the backbone of the Camarilla, namely, our Traditions. I have revealed to some the manner in which I interpret these grand laws as well as the manner I plan on disciplining violation thereof. As far as solidarity goes, it is very important for us to be of one body. Thus, I give two weeks from this declaration for every kindred in the city to recognize my position and present themselves to me. Any who choose not to do so must be judged as Anathema to our kind, and be dealt with accordingly.

Kindred of Lansing, eyes stir below us. Through the iris tunnel and in the dark recesses of the pupil the earth cracks and shakes, tumbling like muscles in a torment of spasms and kicks. I have seen the red glow of the moon and it feeds her like hazy blood and the red star, which circles around us. She will be here, in all reaches of realms and planes. She is taller than buildings, and can crumble them with a thought. Blue eyes is coming.

To all those it may concern, I am leaving the city, and I doubt I will be back for a long time. I apologize for my absence, but I must go and find what I am looking for. The events of last night have made me question my position in Garou society, and I am afraid I am no use to the Nation until I finally find the answers I am searching for. Arch, Fostern, Claws of Ice, Heart of Ice, Andy, and Dreams of Home, I thank you for the knowledge, wisdom, and skills you have taught me during these last months. I hope I will find my way back to you some day.

Information passing across the country on every Camarilla tounge.
"HAHAHAHAHA! Get a load of this...
To the KIndred of the New World,
We, your elders, have made our decision. We hereby strip all status from the upstart Gangrel who calls himself the Prince of Lansing. He is outcast from us, let no one give him sanctuary for his offenses against his elder, our brother. Lansing and surrounding areas are no longer considered as claimed by the Camarilla.
Those of you who seek power and glory may choose to take the reigns and reclaim these lands. You are free to do so. If there are tose in the city with whom you have correspondence I recommend that you inform them of our decision. We shall brook no appeals. We have given all the help we plan to give to this city.
The Clan Tremere have called for Lextalionis upon the pretender Alan Markson. He is not of the Clan Tremere. Give him no sanctuary in your domain. Give him final death.
As for the upstart let him learn what it means to have the Camarilla withdraw thier favor.
The Inner Circle
Word out there is that this "Prince of Lansing" is some crazy looney who during a meeting with the Primogen started convulsing. When the Brujah Primogen confronted him about his "problem" the guy went nuts and ordered a blood hunt on the elder. Apparently this guy is so mad he doesn't even tell new Kindred about how he rules the city, he just waits for them to screw up. He's worse than an Anarch. Anyway, just thought I'd pass along the info I got about this guy."

Everything Amy has said about Domain leadership is true. Figure heads who lead in a democratic or compassionate way are most definitely not Princes. Princes are ruthless, cutthroat assholes who lead in the manner most effective to that city. Compassion among kindred is generally viewed as weakness. After all, vampires are PREDATORS(unless they reach Golconda, and I don't see that happening any time soon). Toodles....

PDA announcement to all Kindred:

A citywide meeting will be held as a soon to be disclosed location. ALL are to meet, NO exceptions! That includes you Mr. Stevens! Your fate will be decided at this meeting. Failure to come to this meeting will mean a judgment of your death, and leave your Garou friends at home if one shows that is also a judgment of your death.

The Garou do play those 3D characters. They also stay in character. Vampire Players - your goals and objectives really helped to flesh out your characters to me. I want this game to be as great as the Werewolf game. Let's work on it together.

Amy Weaver    - Friday, June 21, 2002 at 13:10:39 (EDT)

Dave Smith, So have you or have you not read the Guide to the Camarilla either table top or LARP? I don't care if you are like other Princes either. I think you should realize though that not telling new vampires how you interpret the Traditions is kind of Anarch like. There is nothing wrong with being an anarch. There is something wrong with thinking you are a Camarilla Prince because you ONLY want an extra experiance point. I have the e-mail to prove this is what you said. Run the city as an Anarch free state. Make up the laws that you want. Just for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THE WORLD DON"T CALL YOURSELF A CAMARILLA PRINCE. Too bad we aren't playing vampires right now. This is the most politically challenging part of the game that we've had. I have to say I am enjoying our little spat because it makes me remember what I enjoy about playing vampire. You see true power doesn't come from killing another player character. True power comes from letting that character know they live becuase you let them live. Mike Ruyle and I talked about Kindred the Embraced. That's a Prince. Rumor is that the show was even based on a LARP. Soooo.... Children of the night and all the rest watching, I'm drawing lines in the sand. I'm daring players to cross them. To challenge themselves to play 3D characters with motivations. It has begun. Dave Smith I challenge you to play a leader who depends on his wits as much as his disciplines. I'll see you all on Saturday.

Amy Weaver    - Friday, June 21, 2002 at 13:05:37 (EDT)

Ok, this may turn out kind of long.

David Smith(Louis), I have to agree with Busy a little here in that I believe you are over-reacting a bit. No one wants you gone from the game. Do I want to see Louis die? As I told you the other day in a laugh, "YES!". :) However, I also said that I love a good plot. ST'ing this LARP is almost like playing in it sometimes, because you NEVER know what the players are going to throw at you, and in order to tell the story, you have to roll with it and throw it back at them. :) Now, why do I want Louis dead? Well, it may have something to do with me being the Garou ST and my mindset is in Garou mode. heh :) Anyways, however much I am tormented by Louis and want to see him fry like an egg in the morning sun, that does NOT mean that I do not want to see you, David, at the LARP. You have been a stable player for a long time and, even though I don’t agree with your opinions all the time, are an intelligent person. Just roll with things for right now man. If something happens to Louis, it happens. Don’t take it too hard and try and roll with the punches. I have some ideas for you, in the future, if you’d like them, on how to play a Prince of a city. Do they work for your current character? Maybe, but probably not. However, I can not at this juncture, give them to you. Louis has himself in a pickle, and he has to figure out how to get himself out. Sorry! :)

Don Dean(Alan), I don’t see you as having started anything. No worries. I thank you for keeping all the STs in the loop as we don’t all always have the time to keep up on the board like a lot of you do. I however, am constantly checking my email, and things that are emailed to me I always read, even if I don’t always respond.

Mike Weaver(Jim), thanks for the kind words. Although we do not always succeed at being impartial, we try. I think that is one of the good things about having multiple STs as opposed to just one ST for the game (as if one could handle all the spins). We can talk about things, debate them, and keep each other in check. Yes, we are all partial to our genre. Who wouldn’t be? However, I for one, like the meetings that we have been having. It lets us discuss balance of the genres, downtime, plots and other miscellaneous things. You come up with Amy for all of them, so I’m sure you know.

Just a general thing. A reminder really. I know that it is said at the beginning of EVERY LARP. If you do not want people to know something IC, DO NOT tell them, or anyone OOC. People love to talk about the game, and sometimes things slip that should not, that is always going to happen. However, if you want to minimize the occurance of OOC knowledge, don’t tell others if you can at all help it. If you don’t want people to know where the your home is, don’t blab it IC or OOC. Don’t want people to know your generation, the same basic “common sense rule” applies.

Also, I just want to re-iterate that if people have any concerns about LARP email the STs. Please email all of us. If you don’t know our email addresses, then look under the “Contacts” link on the left of the page here. Feel free to email us with anything you think will help and improve the LARP. Be that concerns, ideas, flames about the current plot, etc. Remember this important fact though…it IS just a game. It is something that we all do for fun!:)

Look forward to seeing you all on Saturday. Tonight, I think people need to go out and get a beer or 2 or 3 or 4. :)

Clarification: the last sentence should be construed as: Our storyteller core has shown distinction and a great measure of respectability in the Lansing area. To assume any of them would intentionally spite a player for out of game reasons is to not honor this reputation, which I think is unfair. It's deserved, in all three cases.

Mike Weaver    - Friday, June 21, 2002 at 09:01:56 (EDT)

Don's got a good point here. I don't see a rift between me and anyone else caused by this, I have the maturity to realize that Jim Stevens and Mike Weaver have very different feelings about a number of people, and never the twain shall meet. And I know that things that happen to or because of Alan Markson don't change Don Dean's views towards anybody. If Claws of Ice wants to kill someone, ChoCho's still the same ChoCho he always was. Jim and Quentin Ulrich have it in for each other, but Mike and Rafe hung out and talked about differing views on Captain America and how Axis and Allies should be played this week, like we frequently do. It's a game. It's fun. I'm following my character through on the path he would take, and I hope no one is immature enough to assume that I'm doing anything out of personal OOC spite. Or that any storyteller would do so, for that matter.

Mike Weaver   <click to email>
- Friday, June 21, 2002 at 08:57:52 (EDT)

I'm sorry if I cause a rift between players this week. It wasn't my intention. The feeling I am getting from the board is that I caused a major imbroglio. I have one thing I would like to say and then I will keep my peace. It’s a game. It’s not real life. We do this for enjoyment, not for stress. So with that said let’s all have fun.

Don Dean    - Friday, June 21, 2002 at 01:22:08 (EDT)

OOC Dave I thought you would take this a little better than you are. I don't know if Amy as apposed to Misses Weaver is trying to antogonize you or not but I feel that you are taking things a little out of hand. That is not to say that you have nothing to fear in character because things have been put into effect that cannot be stopped at least in the Garou game. I wish you the best even though we may be on opposite sides in character. As a truly good role player I wish you the best and hope your continued attendance in our humble vamp game even if you somehow miraculously (excuse the spelling) avoid the fate that many players have in store for you(Granted this is probobly not every one as I am not in tune with the Vamp game)But I hope you the best. Sincerley

Mrs. Amy Weaver: not to sound too picky but I do prefer "David" to "Dave" as it is my given name. Next, I never claimed I was like any other Prince around, I do not want to be like most of the other princes for I am attempting to play a Prince with some heart, one that tries to protect the kindred in his city instead of using them till he has no more use for them and gets rid of them one way or another, I would rather work things out diplomatically rather then bark orders and kill anyone that does not agree with me. In the time I have been LARPing in Lansing I would say that most every Prince ruled in a Draconian fashion and preferred a Dictatorship to a Democracy. I prefer to rule through respect as opposed to strong-armed tactics. On the other hand there do arise situations that I cannot ignore or let slide with a slap on the hand. Perhaps the factors do not make a by the book Cam Prince. So be it! As far as I am concerned as long as he does not break any major Cam rules and most of the Cainites in the city support him then Prince he is and shall remain. I cannot believe that the Archons and Justicars could be TOO upset with me considering that Lansing is the only city in Michigan that has not fallen to the Sabbat, and with the exceptions of the Garou it has been over all fairly peaceful in the city compared to its history. Either way. If the majority of the Cainites in the city would rather I step down I will do so if it is for the greater good, and if you, Mrs. Weaver, or the other STs or most of the players do not wish me there I will just stick with playing in Owosso. As a note for the future if you, Mrs. Weaver, have non-positive things to voice about my thoughts, my ideas or me I prefer the courtesy of E-Mail.

David Smith    - Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 21:27:12 (EDT)

Mr. Dave Smith: Have you actually read the Guide to the Camarilla LARP or tabletop version? It seems pretty clear you've read the Elysium book. I'm confused. You see I thought you wanted to play a strong Prince. And, I think thats admirable being that you've been an anarch. I also think you misunderstand or have skipped some of the important parts of the books that detail as Don would put it "Camarilla tactics". I also beleive that anything said on this board characters can all know. I'm not meaning to jump down your throat about game mechanics. I want you to do what your character feels is right. But, I'll tell you that as someone who has read the entire Camarilla book LARP and Tabletop that you are unlike anyother Prince. That's not bad, but don't presume to tell me what is accepted by the Cam. Because, Mr. Smith, you've shown that you just don't know. I look forward to the game and seeing the struggle between a physically powered character and a mentally powered one will be great.

Amy Weaver    - Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 19:17:29 (EDT)

Actually a "Blood" hunt was never stated by me IC, only that I want him brought to me staked. I think that got compleatly assumed when Don used the phrase "Bounty on his head", not "A blood hunt". and IC LC does NOT know Jim is of a lower gen and will not till it is learned IC :)

David    - Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 18:19:16 (EDT)

That's Cool Mike. I would rather catch you for blackmail then killing you. Blackmail is much more fun. HeHeHe

Don Dean    - Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 14:40:50 (EDT)

This is going to sound weird. I don't have a problem with the declared bloodhunt, OOC, because it seems like an excellent oppurtunity to give yourself an excuse to commit diablerie and thus drop your generation. Maybe the case isn't tight, maybe the proof is lacking, but history's written by the winner, right? The one thing I do have a problem with is if, as I suspect, this is the reason Jim is being hunted and not a variety of other occassionally offensive people. It's totally out of character knowledge that I'm a lower generation. I haven't thrown the word "elder" around until after the hunt was declared, and in addition to that, that's easily something I can be conveniently faking at this point. I have never once IC revealed my generation (and anyone who ever does is stupid, in my book). Besides being initially confused by the PDA and Vampirella and such, I don't think I am particularly obvious that I'm not too up on the modern world. But it's all academic anyway, since YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME, COPPER! =) That's out of character too, of course.

Mike Weaver   - Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 11:48:47 (EDT)

Amy: I have to look at it this way. Louis had put up with alot of $hit and been very tollerant of MANY thigns most any other Prince would not even consider allowing, a mouthy Senishall for example ;) . Attemps upon his life by the kindred of his own city can NOT be ignored or delt with, with any less of an action, do let something like that slide is to welcome all such attempts and is a gurantee of his premature death. At most every avenue he has attempted to take the diplomatic route. In this situation he can not. Granted I did not plan on knowledge of my decision to be known at this point but Don took that decision away from me for I told him of my decision OOC not IC. to let this slide is effectivly saying "Thank you sir, may I please have another?" and that is NOT going to happen!

I welcome OOC coments from anybody activly in the game

David    - Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at 19:14:45 (EDT)

To clairfy your statement, Seth. - It is the right of any "Prince" to call a blood hunt, however, besides enforcement of it there is always the Camarilla defined ettiquette (which is detailed in the LARP book Guide to the Camarilla) which expresses that it is in poor taste to call a blood hunt over a matter such as has been detailed. Yes, this does mean treachery! But, like Seth says that is up to the Prince. EVERYONE (vampires and Don I can't speak for Mike) will have to face the consequences of their actions, no one in this situation is free of that. Amy

Amy Weaver    - Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at 11:55:11 (EDT)

It is the right of any prince to call a hunt on anyone in his city, regardless of the reason. It is also only as effective as his ability to enforce it. If he fails, more than likely so does his princeship. If he succeeds, he will have one less problem only to cause 10 more.

Welcome to the world of Darkness.

Adam    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 20:50:18 (EDT)

Clear and Claws: Now, I've only said this eighteen times before, but I realize that the memory and attention span of our kind ain't that great, so I suppose I'll have to say it again. Don't start a war. We've got limited resources, and there are so many other more important things that we should be doing than getting into a slapping contest with these assholes; we need to choose our fights very carefully. Hell, there are people reading this very message who would love to see us waste ourselves fighting someone else so that their job becomes all the easier. I guess what I'm trying to say is, be careful, and don't do anything stupid.

Fight the Wyrm, not the tainted.

So, it's a case of trusting a garou who has switched allegiance several times over a Brujah elder. Yeah, I'd go with the Garou in a New York minute. What the heck kinda junk is that?

Amy,

I believe the reason is treason. It had been concluded that he was attempting use the Garou to remove a Prince from power. Arch was in contact with Quinton about things that were said in the Caren (sp?) and Arch asked if the Prince had said any of those things. Of course he didn't say those things (unless of course he was lying when I questioned him point blank on Saturday). So there fore it has been determined that Betrayal and Treason of such a nature is cause for issuing a blood hunt. To involve Garou in vampire politics so as throw the only Camarilla city in Michigan in chaos may/can also be seen as a Sabbot tactic. Alan also spoke with Quinton on Sunday evening about the matter and was given every indication that he thought was a punishable offense.

This blood hunt is NOT in relation to the recent posting on this board. However, he did break the first tradition before this posting. When he re-revealed himself and Bill/Bob to the Garou however everyone has done this in this city so that should not be a PUNISHABLE offense. Alan will not enforce that offense at this time.

Don Dean    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 12:38:05 (EDT)

Dear Dave Smith (head Security Guard), Please explain to me how the character Mr. Stevens has broken the masquerade. If it is from writing on this board then we had better punish more than him. You chose to blood hunt him before this posting, and this posting will not work to place blame on him in the eyes of the Camarilla. Prepare yourself for the consequences of your actions. I only warn you of this because I believe in fair play. As Bruce Willis' character in Armageddon said: "Make your peace with God, AJ!" Amy Weaver

Hey I tried the negotiations thingy with the vamps. It was made clear in character that they didnt want it, so what more can i do.

Cho Cho    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:57:49 (EDT)

I have Mage game in Ann Arbor. But I am hoping that I can away from it around 9pm so I can show up around 10pm.

If not I wish everyone well. :) Because lord knows it's shapeing up to be a "Heartbreaking night" or should I say Heart Stakeing. HEHEHEHE

Don Dean    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:46:23 (EDT)

Mr. Stevens,

You have broken the first mandate of our society and as such your life is forfeit First Mandate, The Charade. Thou shalt not reveal thy true self to those not of the society. Doing so shall renounce thy claims to thy society.

It appears as if the Walsh kids know all about Brujah.

The Head Security Guard    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:42:28 (EDT)

you guys actually gonna come larp this weekend?

Cho Cho    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:40:03 (EDT)

Brandon just because I staked your character and left it out for a sun bath doesn't you have to be all mean. It's TOREADOR not torador you ninny! Anyways I like Toreador better because they have the "Powers" Augmented Sight, Fastness, and Presence. Which means they are Very pretty, Fast and can see things no one else can. There only down fall is that they get enraptured by things of beauty. Art that is. So sit on it stake boy.

Brenda Walsh    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:33:25 (EDT)

As my Comrad has stated, we are all in agreement, Mr Jim, will be undergoing some tests from us this coming weekend. These tests will prove if he is telling the truth or isnt. If I find he has been lieing he will be executed. IF I find his statements to be truthful, Then it is just a matter of time till you will fall Mr Markson and Mr Cypher. I seem not to have any problems with anyone else but you two. At another subject, Alan Markson, you speak so often and talk so much yet I havent seen you in over a year, show your face and perhaps I will consider speaking to you. I do not speak with cowards that hide or lurk in the shadows. Nor do I further more wish to hear your little voice nagging me trying to talk me out of my own desisions. I order you to Silence, respect it or dont. If in Fact Jim is telling the truth on our questioning, the clock will be ticking, the birds will be churping and the sun will be blazing for you will see you first sunset in a long time...

Claws of Ice Bringer of Death to Wyrm Minions    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:26:27 (EDT)

Oh Cool! The Larp is back in session. I never met a real live err "dead" Brujah. I know all about them. They have the "Powers" Fastness, Raw Strength, and Presence. That means they are fast, strong and pretty/handsome. They are quick tempered and quick to fly in to rage. They're feriously loyal to there own bloodline. I played one during the last Larp. Can I play one this time? I think they are cool! I think playing a blood sucking demon is cool! My sister played a Torador. Pansy ass artists.

Brandon Walsh    - Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 10:25:43 (EDT)

Thank you for that clarification, Clear, but I must say, for myself personally, it was unnecessary. This is a matter I'm painfully aware of. To assume that there is any variety of diplomatic peace betwixt myself and Mr. Ice is folly. Unless anyone can provide anything approaching proof.

- Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 09:34:11 (EDT)

I believe that I can clarify Mr. Ice's standpoint for both Alan and for Jim. No truce. No treaty. No peace. Not for any of your kind in the city. Any. No matter political affiliation, no matter your designs on your own kind.

You will all die.

Excuse me, what? I'd like to know where a bounty on my head could possibly be merited or enforced. I advise that any person who decides to attack an elder in such an unmerited way decide otherwise, as I have been in contact with certain Camarilla luminaries who are, in the same vein as myself, completely baffled as to why a blood hunt on my person would be declared. And doesn't normal ettiquette require that you inform the target of a bloodhunt of its presence? Be wary of cutting off your nose to spite your face. James Stevens, Brujah Primogen

Mr. Ice,

I am here to try to amend the very fragile truce between our two peoples. I have reason to believe you were indeed deceived, but not by Louis Cypher, but by Jim Stevens. There would be political or economic gain for Mr. Cypher to do was he has been accused of, but for Mr. Stevens there would be a large gain to have Mr. Cypher dead. Please let me point out that we do not need to draw any attention back to the fair city of Lansing from any that minions were affiliated with Adam and this is the reason I have been counseling Mr. Cypher to try to forge some kind of truce with you. It would not be good for our city or our two peoples to have to deal with such a malevolent force again, that beats down free will and ensures the decay of life as we know it. I can assure that Mr. Cypher had/has no intentions of trying to harm you (even if he could) or anyone of your people. Also, I heard through the grapevine that there was someone watching from a far that was trying to cause problems after Mr. Cypher fled. This very well could have been one of the “Free Will Stealers”. However, there is now a bounty on Mr. Stevens’s head. There was not reward for his corpse prior to Saturday night. I also heard it rumored that there were others on our side of the fence who were being sought out for nefarious reasons and this is a complete and utter fabrication of Mr. Stevens deceitful mind. Mr. Cypher was/is not intent on displacing anyone from their place here upon this earth with the exception of Mr. Stevens for his treachery.

I am hoping that you will consider my actions during the battle with Adam where I did not strike Quan at all during that battle. Instead I fought along side him in an effort to rid this world of the vile creature known as Adam.

Thank you for your time,

Alan Markson

Louis Cypher, I now understand the worthlessness of the Wyrm, your cowardly display proved to me that you are nothing more then a yellow coward. Leaving your people behind and not defending them. They too saw their leader flee like a cowardly rat. Threaten us and my people it will not be taken lightly. Louis cypher, War is something you tried to avoid, now you will have it. I will not rest until your head is displayed in a forest. Threaten my people, threaten our property, Threaten me I am sure you can figure it out. I declair the city of Lansing ours, because our property falls in it. I do not care what you say or think your words are no longer meaning full to me. Get out of our land, for this group sleeps no more.

Hey Seth, Dave told me that my character had been killed off. If this is true it wouldn't surprise me, because I haven't been to game for who-knows-how-long and I know that PC's that become NPC's have a high tendency to be killed off for one reason or another. If "Max" is still around, great. If not, oh darn, it's not a big deal. It might turn out that I'm not coming back to game anyway becuase of the same reason Branden might not be coming back. I'll be working with him. So If I'm gone from here on out, I'll miss you all, but if I have anything to say about it, I'll be back. Maybe this time, better than ever.

Vampire Players - All 5 of you and Don Dean, please plan on having a brief meeting before the game begins, but after announcements. I wanted to go over a few things and ask you a few questions about directions that you want to take. If you have questions pre-game I would be happy to e-mail with you. The more actual play time on Saturday that we could get the better.

Fare thee well Azure. Tell Brandon I said Hello.

Don Dean    - Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at 03:34:49 (EDT)

Yeah.. I probably won't be back to Lansing for a long time, if at all. I've been bored with it anyway, plus Branden's gotten a job where he'll be missing it too, and I don't really want to go if he isn't. So, farewell.

It grieves me to depart this fair city, if only for one week. However, I have been called upon to assist an old ally in another locale, and will absolutely be unable to attend our weekly meetings this upcoming Saturday. I appoint Mr. William Jenkins as the Brujah Whip, to represent the clan in my absence. I trust everyone will Respect him as they do me.

He sat quietly looking out over his balconny at the storm front rolling across the mountainous sky. The Builings dominating the sky line every now and agian illuminated by the flash of lighting. Another man aproched him from behind and handed him a letter with a wax seal marked with an ornate W from a signate ring. 'Thank you', said hte man opening the letter and turning back to his view. So this is what has become of Lansing, he thought, a catiff Prince who doesn't command the respect of his subjects, and no word of anyone else. Not since my departure, however the time has come to begin planning my return. He turned and called after the man on his way out the door, keep up the information gathering Mr. Obelle. We'll need to know more... He turned and glanced at the long slender blade that rested above his fire place and thought back to the last time he drew it in defence of his position. A position that was ripped away without just cause in his absence. No matter the time will come again. OOC-Hey Kids if any remember lil ol' Eric or Mr. Wing as was my Character im moving back... some time with in the next few months. My e-mail is attached so if any wanna say something drop me some words... see ya.

Which is bad, because there's so much more I could do with my plot if I was able to be there next Saturday, but c'est la vie. You guyses have yourselves a good time. -Mike
