7 Backgrounds/Influence

Free Points Costs

1 Attribute = 1 pt
2 Abilities = 1 pt
1 Background = 1 pt
1 Influence = 1 pt
1 Arete = 4 pts
1 Willpower = 2 pts
Apprentice level of any Sphere = 3 pts

Ability Specializations need Storyteller Approval
Buying the Intermediate level of any Sphere other than the specialty Sphere
 with Free points needs Storyteller approval

There is a maximum of 7 points in Flaws and Negative Traits. If you have a
Merit that's 7 Traits or over, than you can only have one other Merit.

E-mail your background to Kaine, Huggy, and Emily for extra Free points. Have
fun with it, and get as detailed as you want. Backgrounds shouldn't be 3 pages
about how great and powerful your character is, but an explination of how he
or she came to this point in his or her life as well as their views towards
life and magic. Also, take the opportunity to explain and describe your
backgrounds and influences in full. Also, unless you turn in an extremely
detailed description of your avatar, they will be based off your background.
Failing to turn in either will result in a 1 Trait difficulty  on all magical
tests.
